The International Dictation on Financial Security is a large–scale educational campaign, a tool for educating and raising awareness among young people and people of all ages about problems in the field of financial security, including various forms of financial fraud.

During the dictation, participants will receive new and useful information to protect themselves from potential threats of becoming a victim or accomplice of financial crimes.
Who can participate?
The international dictation on financial security in 2025 starts on
September 1 and ends on September 30.
Anyone can take part in the Dictation, regardless of age and level of education.
The event is held online, so you can join from anywhere in the world via smartphone, tablet or other device. The assignments include questions in a testing format.
As part of the final week of the V International Olympiad on Financial Security in the city of Krasnoyarsk on the basis of the Siberian Federal State Educational Institution of Higher Education "Siberian Federal University" for guests, experts, volunteers and all comers, dictation will be held in a face-to-face format.
Dictation 2025 contains 20 interesting questions from the history of financial fraud to modern schemes using cryptocurrencies, droppery, social engineering and artificial intelligence.
Participant's Certificate
After passing the dictation, the participants who scored from 0 to 89 points receive a certificate.
Winner's Diploma
Participants who score 90 points or more receive a winner's diploma.

The history of international financial
dictation
The International dictation on financial security was first organized and held in 2024 on the initiative of Rosfinmonitoring, the Center for Inter-Olympic Training of Schoolchildren and Students of the FIAN, the International Educational and Methodological Center for Financial Monitoring, the Association for the Development of Financial Literacy and Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University.
The wide geographical coverage shows that the topic of financial security is relevant not only domestically, but also internationally, bringing together participants of different ages and professions to jointly improve their knowledge and share experiences.
